== The Incident ==

On the morning of July 23, while the site workers were not present, a man began chasing the dog. According to the surveillance footage, the attack started at approximately 7:35 AM. The video shows the man grabbing the dog, holding it down, and repeatedly striking it with a brick until it stopped moving. After killing the dog, the man carried its body away from the scene. == Aftermath ==
A staff member at the site, identified as Mr. Chen, described the man's actions as exceptionally cruel. Following the incident, the dog's empty kennel and food bowl remained on the premises.
