The Incident
The victim was a black dog that had been raised by workers at the construction site for seven to eight years and was known to be gentle and friendly with people.
On the morning of July 23, while the site workers were not present, a man began chasing the dog. According to the surveillance footage, the attack started at approximately 7:35 AM. The video shows the man grabbing the dog, holding it down, and repeatedly striking it with a brick until it stopped moving. After killing the dog, the man carried its body away from the scene.
